Congratulations to Hashil Ramjee, Director of Facilities Engineering (UK) and Group Managing Director on achieving recognition from the FMX magazine as being one of the top 40 Under 40 within the FM Industry. Hashil has gained industry leading expertise in FM, energy and environmental management / engineering with particular emphasis on ‘design vs operational’ studies which are fundamental to FMs and building owners / operators. Hashil is optimistic about FM: 'I see the FM industry as a particular area or growth where more and more buildings are not achieving their designed potential through shortfalls in operations'.
