OUR INVOLVEMENT
We undertake consultancy services for the property owners on the procurement of maintenance services and maintenance management. We provide an auditing role ensuring that the site is compliant with regulations, and that all maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with contractual obligations. We have also provided specialist services in energy management, and an environmental assessment on the building’s air conditioning and ventilation systems.
