Description
200 Oxford Street is a mixed-use site on London’s most famous shopping street. The 1920s building was used by the BBC during WWII to broadcast services to America. George Orwell once narrated one of these broadcasts, giving the modern apartments now located here their name. There are two retail units, high quality offices and 11 luxury apartments accessible from Market Place.
Our involvement
We undertake consultancy services for the property management company on the energy performance certification relating to the air conditioning systems, procurement of maintenance services and maintenance management.
