The building is stylish, light-filled and has been refurbished with respect to sustainability and energy conservation, having achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
Our involvement
We undertake consultancy services for the property management company on the following; maintenance management, project design and management relating to new air conditioning, fire alarm, access control and CCTV systems.
