Description
Academy Gardens is a gated residential development in Kensington, London comprising sixty six luxury apartments, a gym, swimming pool, and all the high end facilities available. The site was originally part of Queen Elizabeth College for Ladies' which was opened in 1885 and changed hands in WWII. Presently the site boasts an apartment with one of London's tallest ceilings in its living room, spanning 37ft, the same height as an Airbus A320 passenger plane.
Our involvement
We undertake consultancy services for the property management company on the following; energy performance certification relating to the air conditioning systems, feasibility study relating to renewable technology, and maintenance management.
