Embassy Gardens
DESCRIPTION
Embassy Gardens is a riverside district in the heart of Nine Elms. A short walk from Battersea Power Station and soon to be connected by two new tube stations, riverboats and a new Thames crossing. It is the new home of DK Publishing.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons Consulting were awarded the MEP (mechanical, electrical and public health) consultancy for DK Books’ new home at Embassy Gardens. This is for a CAT B fit out working with Pure Facilities and Perkins and Wills Architects. Karsons is responsible for the MEP services design from RIBA stages 2-6 (planning to completion). DK’s new space is 4131sqm. The project included critical IT services consultancy, AV specialisms, security and access, fire services along with the MEP services deliverables.
