DESCRIPTION
A Grade 2 listed and prestigious office building situated just to the south of St James’s Square. Designed by McMorran, one of the most important architects in the 1950s and 1960s, this site was built on the site of the Carlton Club on London’s most prestigious row of gentlemen’s clubs frequented by London’s aristocracy.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons provide an ongoing technical role auditing the maintenance and also ensuring that the engineering services work in accordance with their design. We provide a review of capital expenditure items to retain operation and compliance to the engineering services. We were also responsible for the government required inspection of air conditioning systems in compliance with the Energy Performance in Buildings Regulations, also known as the TM44 inspection.
