33 Jermyn Street
DESCRIPTION
Description – This prestigious building is located in Jermyn Street within the heart of Mayfair only a few minutes walk of Piccadilly Circus Underground station. The building was developed by Standard Life in 2006 and provides grade A offices for which the primary tenant is private equity firm, Apax Partners.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Hashil Ramjee and Alan Prosser were initially involved in the 2006 fit out for Apax Partners, only to be re-acquainted with the building when it was purchased by Motcomb Estates in 2018. Karsons provide an ongoing technical role in contracting the maintenance company for both engineering and lift services. Our role is for both the landlord and tenant, and we have been involved in license to alter consultancy for fit-out works.
