DESCRIPTION
The building is a multi-tenanted office building situated on the northside of Kensington High Street close to its junction with Addison Road and Hammersmith Road, with Olympia Exhibition Hall close by.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We have undertaken a capital expenditure review of all engineering services as well as our ongoing management of the maintenance, including procurement and auditing of the maintenance contractor to ensure compliance is upheld. Within this site, there have been floors vacated by tenants, and Karsons have undertaken consultancy for the respective fit-outs.
