DESCRIPTION
27 Knightsbridge is a prestigious modern multi-tenanted office building benefiting from excellent natural light around a central atrium and provides fantastic views north over Hyde Park and south across Belgravia.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons provide an ongoing technical role auditing the maintenance and also ensuring that the engineering services work in accordance with their design. We provide a review of capital expenditure items to retain operation and compliance to the engineering services. We were also responsible for insurance claims where the engineering services have been impacted, and we provided technical solutions approved by the building’s insurers to reinstate the services.
