The Maylands Building
The Maylands Building is approximately 141,000 square foot of newly refurbished, multi-tenanted office space in in Hemel Hempstead.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
It was reported to us that the main boiler providing heating to the common parts and hot water to the showers suddenly failed. Karsons Consulting were appointed to ascertain the reason for failure, and provide a feasibility study for a repair or replacement system that mitigates risk of future failures.
