This multi-tenanted commercial office building is located at the junction of Brook Street and Binney Street, a few metres away from Grosvenor Square with Bond Street underground station a short walk away.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons provide an ongoing technical role with the procurement and subsequent auditing of the maintenance contract to ensure compliance is upheld. We provided a review of the asset register and have also been involved in various project management roles. We are contracted to audit the maintenance contractor to ensure compliance is upheld and also provide regular technical support on M&E maintenance.
