DESCRIPTION
Hertz House is the headquarters for the owner-occupier car rental giant, and provides office accommodation for their staff.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We undertake consultancy services for the property owners directly in the replacement of the control system and chillers. Our project design and management included a review of the new heating load within the building and a thermal model.
