Fitzroy House
Situated in a prominent position on the south side of Euston Road at the junction of Fitzroy Street, Fitzroy House is a 42,500 sq ft mixed-use building over eight floors including basement, providing office accommodation over ground to fourth, with residential space on the upper floors.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons Consulting were responsible for carrying out a tender process and procuring the maintenance contract for Fitzroy House. We have undertaken a capital expenditure review of all engineering services as well as our ongoing management of the maintenance. We are contracted to audit the maintenance contractor to ensure compliance is upheld and also provide regular technical support on M&E maintenance.
