Karsons Consulting are currently the consultants for this property providing expert advice, quotation reviews, audits and operational meetings. Since being appointed as the consultants in 2016, Karsons have been involved in a number of tasks to ensure the building's operational effectiveness. These include energy surveys, thermal imaging surveys, and the procurement and ongoing management of the maintenance contracts for the M&E services. Further to this, Karsons have done CAT A fit out consultancy including M&E specifications and project management for three floors within this building, providing the highest standard in office space to businesses seeking long term tenancies.
