Academy Gardens, Duchess of Bedford Walk, South Kensington, W8
Academy Gardens is a luxurious residential space with 66 apartments situated within the east London region between Holland Park and Kensington Gardens. This property consists of lavish features such as gyms, swimming pools, communal gardens, 24-hour concierges etc.
Karsons Consulting were involved in this site since 2010 and formalised the maintenance requirements for Academy Gardens through a comprehensive asset register and detailed maintenance contract. We are currently the consultants for this property helping to advise on a broad range of aspects from the M&E factors and statutory requirements to general health and safety advice and best practices.
Karsons was also tasked with undertaking capital expenditure surveys to assess the current condition of the M&E equipment and advise best on where to allocate budget delegation. This is to ensure the operational effectiveness of Academy Gardens and help further facilitate its future and longevity.
