DESCRIPTION
Chelsea Barracks was once the British Army barracks located in the City of Westminster, London, and now a world-class development comprising a rare collection of apartments, penthouses and townhouses, set in the heart of Chelsea.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Karsons were responsible for procuring the maintenance contract at this site including all legal aspects of this contract. We worked with the client in establishing key performance indicators, important for this level of development. Once this was set in motion, and to date, we provide an ongoing technical role auditing the maintenance and also ensuring that the advanced engineering services work in accordance with their complex design.
