Holland Park Villas is a high-end residential space situated in the affluent area of West London, Kensington and is comprised of numerous luxurious villas and penthouses. The elegant and aesthetic space boasts exceptional amenities such as a gymnasium, 20-meter swimming pool, spa and a 24-hour concierge.
Our Involvement:
Karsons Consulting were responsible for carrying out a tender process and procuring the maintenance contract for Holland Park Villas. We are contracted to audit the maintenance contractor to ensure compliance is upheld and also provide regular technical support on M&E maintenance.
Karsons Consulting are members of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, The Association of Consultancy and Engineering, British Institute of Facilities Managers and the Building Services Research and Information Association.
