Howick Place is a 44,258 sq ft Grade A commercial office building in Victoria, London and home to leading fashion brands amongst other prestigious multi-national tenants. The building is stylish, light-filled and has been refurbished with respect to sustainability and energy conservation, having achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
We undertake consultancy services for the property management company on the following; maintenance management, project design and management relating to new air conditioning, fire alarm, access control and CCTV systems.
