Our Involvement:
Karsons Consulting were responsible for carrying out a tender process and procuring the best contractor to facilitate Now building's needs. This has allowed the building to flourish to the fullest extent of its operational capacity in respect to M&E maintenance.
Karsons is contracted to provide consultancy for this property in the form of audits, operational meetings, quotation reviews and technical support on a broad range of aspects from the M&E factors and statutory requirements to general health and safety advice and best practices.
Karsons Consulting are members of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, The Association of Consultancy and Engineering, British Institute of Facilities Managers and the Building Services Research and Information Association.
