Watchmaker Court is located in London and provides office accommodation for a multiple tenants.
We undertake consultancy services for the property owners on the procurement of maintenance services and maintenance management. We provide an auditing role ensuring that the site is compliant with regulations, and that all maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with contractual obligations. We also provided energy performance certification relating to the air conditioning systems, and project management in the replacement of the ventilation systems and internal fan coil units.
